I’m Greg Koeka, a product and project management consultant with over 20 years of experience helping software companies—from startups to enterprises—launch, scale, and optimize how they work. I specialize in partnering with software teams to deliver impact through product leadership, operational clarity, and digital transformation.

I live in Boulder, CO, with my wonderful wife and young daughter, and I recharge in the mountains—cycling, trail running, snowboarding, and occasionally scuba diving or surfing somewhere far away.
